The outdoor playground and play areas for kids are excellent for families, making it a great spot for children to enjoy themselves.

Double room I stayed at was carpeted.

The breakfast was delicious with the food was served and served by the pleasant staff.

The breakfast we ordered was average, it could be better.

Enjoyed the spacious Beautiful Double Room with Balcony. The indoor pool was fantastic, especially since it was heated. A special highlight was the kids' club. On the downside, the bathroom could use an update. The toilet felt low and grab bars were missing. Some furniture appeared dated, giving the room a slightly dingy feel. A nice family-friendly spot but some improvements would really enhance the experience.

Fairly clean and pleasant place and the breakfast was sensational. The staff was welcoming and polite, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The team provided a good service. Relaxed by the pool, it was good, especially when the weather was beautiful.

Wi-Fi was quite slow, made me a little nervous.

Its rooms are impressive and amazing with a TV.

I appreciated the warm and friendly staff who genuinely made an effort to ensure we were comfortable. The spacious facilities, including a lovely indoor pool and a vibrant kids' play area, provided great enjoyment and convenience for families. I particularly enjoyed the pleasant dining experience with a delicious buffet breakfast offered.

Some areas need updates.

I liked taking my breakfast outside overlooking the pond and the pool. I also enjoyed the spa. The dinner menu was formal but we did not feel like eating a lot and the chef prepared high quality small dishes for us. We also had car trouble and the staff were very helpful.

The lunch on the patio was ok, it was very hot and even with the large umbrellas I would of loved some shade. This was a bit disappointing because I would of liked to have lunch where I had breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the fantastic indoor pools and the playroom that kept the kids entertained. The nearby Mont-Orford National Park is perfect for hiking and it was amazing to unwind as a family there. My fiancée and I loved the spacious room too!

My kids wished there were more activities for older teens. The outdoor hot tub was quite small, and we found some areas around the hotel could be tidier.

The indoor pool and outdoor play area are great for kids. The TV channels listed didn't work.

Our stay at the Hotel Cheribourg was very pleasant. It is a huge complex that still offers privacy. We thrully enjoyed our dinner, the food was fresh and very tasty.

The pathways around the hotel needs maintenance, however it did not affect the comfort of our room. The dining room setting did not reflect the type of cuisine offered. It would be preferable to have tablecloth on the tables for dinner only. Of course it did not prevent us from enjoying our superb dinner, however it is a matter of first impression.

Lovely quiet location surrounded by trees- lots of space. Very spacious, airy room with patio. All facilities available to a high standard.

The beds were very comfortable, like seriously they were great for a good night's sleep after all the chaos. And we had a big room, did I mention that? Plenty of space for the kids to move around!

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
